So you can choose the most suitable financing method according to your life situation and, if you wish, divide the payment very flexibly over a long payment period. Resurs Bank financing
Resurs Bank provides funding option for our customers’ operations. The maximum amount of the loan is € 10,000. You can also apply for funding for small treatment. If you want to use this payment method, apply in time: a positive funding decision must be ready before you book the exact executing time for the treatment. The financing decision usually comes within a few days and is valid for one month from its issuance. You will receive a credit decision immediately and access your account once you have signed the credit agreement electronically with a TUPAS certificate. You can then do the treatment at our clinic by showing a valid ID at the time of purchase.

Please note that funding is decided by the Resurs Bank. The Plastic Surgery Center does not grant funding and does not decide on the approval / rejection of applications.
Things to consider in the consultation
If the client does not arrive for a consultation, we will charge a service fee of € 160 for the booked time. The schedule for the consultation and the treatment less than 800 euros can be postponed or cancelled before 3 days or more.
Things to note about anaesthesia
Anesthetic surgeries must be paid for no later than 14 days before surgery. If the procedure for anesthesia is cancelled before 14 days the operation time or later, we will charge the full price for the procedure
Please note the treatments to be taken under local anesthesia
If a procedure performed under local anesthesia (e.g. eyelid surgeries, liposuction) is cancelled 14 days before the procedure or later, we will charge the price of the procedure in full.
Considerations for small treatments (treatments less than 800 euros)
If a treatment costing less than 800 euros is cancelled 3 days before the operation time or later, we will charge the price of the treatment in full.

If a transaction costing more than 800 euros is cancelled 14 days before the operation time or later, we will charge the price of the treatment in full.
Non-attendance, compliance with payment terms, charges, dissatisfaction with the outcome of treatment
If the customer does not arrive for the agreed procedure, we will charge the price of the treatment in full.
If the customer arrives for the operation without being able to make the payment in accordance with the payment terms presented on these pages, the operation will be cancelled and we will charge the price of the treatment in full.
If the customer does not arrive for a consultation or follow-up inspection, we will charge 160 € for the booked time.
We do not compensate for possible dissatisfaction with the treatment financially. If there are proper grounds for the matter, we will make corrective treatment at our clinic.
Conditions for transfer of the treatment
A treatment costing more than EUR 800 can be postponed or cancelled latest 14 days before the operation.
The schedule for the consultation and the treatment for less than 800 euros can be postponed or cancelled latest 3 days before the operation.
